I am pleased to be able to state that Maz, Shelley and the team at All Season Care have been supportive and pro active throughout this transition period. Plans for visits to All Season Care have been quickly agreed and staff supporting have been professional and helpful throughout.
Staff have shown great empathy towards my young person, and it was clear they had a real good understanding of him and his needs. His positives were always acknowledged. Staff were very proactive.
From my perspective as the IRO for a young person who is being supported by All Seasons Care Ltd Services, I feel that he has been provided with a good level of support with regard to his emotional needs, which he has appreciated, his health needs have been supported.
Since residing at All Seasons Care it is the most settled she has been. She is engaging in education now and following the rules in place. She reports to enjoy living at the placement and has said she would like to stay there long term.
The placement have provided young person with good quality consistent care and he has developed good professionals working relationships with staff members. The placement keep myself informed and communicate with parents regularly
